FORCE Decision Framework

FORCE compares the ideas you are actually considering across five dimensions — Financial, Overall Satisfaction, Reach, Confidence, and Ease — each scored from 1 to 10. The five scores are multiplied rather than averaged, so a single weak dimension pulls the whole result down. That is deliberate: most projects fail at their weakest point, not their strongest.
